Well it's been a year since we bought Erin's new house. It's a beautiful 2-story home on a private ravine lot surrounded by trees. It's just across the street from us and only a couple of minutes away from the golf club and close to trails and parks, so it's perfect for nature lover Erin. Her house has a large deck with a pool and hot tub that is great for enjoying the morning sun, and the living room has big windows that offer a great view of the property.
The inside of the house is just as great as the outside, it's bright and airy with plenty of natural light. The main floor has a den and an office that can be used for different purposes, like a formal dining room, a hobby room, or even as a home office. Upstairs, there's a big master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, as well as two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.
One of the best features of the house is the walk-out basement. It's bright and airy, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Erin even has a pinball machine down there! The basement also has a long bar, a pantry, and a big rec room. There's also an additional room, a full bathroom and plenty of storage space. Outside, there's a custom-built shed, a 2-car garage, and a big driveway for parking. Plus, the pool liner and the pool heater are both in great condition.
Erin's been in the house for a year now and we couldn't be happier with it, it's the perfect place for her to create memories and start new traditions. And we would love to show you around if you have a chance to come over and check out that pinball machine!
