Saturday April 15 marks the twenty-first anniversary of the sale of my old company, Carroll Healthcare. I'm always amazed when it's "Googled" how many hits it still generates.

The significance of this year is the fact that Wendy and I have now been retired for the same number of years as we owned the company which was founded by my dad and me in 1975 (42 years ago) and sold in 1996.
