Click picture to enlargeWe received our cabin assignment for the upcoming Alaska cruise. When we booked we asked for an inside cabin GUAR. It looks like they upgraded us right up to the highest inside cabins, literally. Our humble little cabin (1031) is way up near the Bridge on the Navigation Deck, in the middle of the largest suites on the ship. The Lido deck buffet is just up one level and we can walk right out to the pool/observation area. We wanted an inside cabin because up in Alaska in June, it is still light outside for about 20 hours of the day. We thought an inside cabin would allow us perfect darkness which might encourage better sleeping. We’ll see!
We leave Friday June 5th on a direct flight, Westjet, non-stop, right out of London at 10am and arrive in Vancouver at 11:45am and will try to get to the ship by around 1:30pm.
