My "artsy" pic for today started with a black and white ad for a 1926 Cadillac Custom. I spiced it up with two flapper babes and coloured the scene. Springtime beauty, blossom time, 90 years ago.

A chauffeur driven Cadillac cruising beside what could be the St. Clair River. Now that's the life! Ha ha! The setting is during "prohibition" so who knows, maybe the Caddy's owner is a mobster involved in the illegal and highly profitable booze trade between Canada and US. Did you know the authorities have found remnants of smuggler's copper pipes running under the St. Clair and Detroit Rivers? Do you think these young girls know what they're into?

river, a pipe that stretched all the way across from Canada to furnish
Detroiters with bootleg whiskey on tap."
