Today we drove out to Glencoe which is about 30 miles due west of here. The purpose of our trip was to deliver some baby gifts to our good friend Tom. His two daughters have each recently given birth to two lovely boys less than a month apart. The "Circle of Friends" ladies volunteered Wendy to pick out some little gifts so we decided to deliver them to Tom's farm.
Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of Tom, but he took us to the barnyard to show us a new baby Angus calf. It was a lovely day for a ride and we had a nice visit.
