Yours truly, Mr. Big Spender snaps a picture of Wendy finishing a hot dog at Costco. It's a good place to snack and people watch but the atmosphere is a little urban. Of course we had already "grazed" around testing the free samples. Still the bill came to over $300 so it ranks up there with even the most expensive restaurants but - no tipping required.
