Anniversaries Galore!!!

Cheers! Wendy's lifelong friend Tricia makes a toast as Greg agrees

Tricia and Greg from London and our good friends Judy and Jim from Grand Bend came to visit us here at the condo at noon today.  Tricia reserved a table for a splendid lunch at the "On The Front Restaurant" to celebrate the occasion of Judy and Jim's 50th and Wendy and my 40th upcoming anniversaries.

Wendy and I had never been before to this amazing place high atop an office/condo building on Front Street in Sarnia on the fourteenth floor.  The view of the city and the St. Clair River is absolutely spectacular. Trisha had booked the outside patio but with the searing summer heat and the fact that there were no umbrellas, we decided to eat indoors. Inside, the view was no less spectacular from our corner table for six.

 After lunch we returned to the condo for dessert .  The outside temperature was over 90F so we did not sit outside. July 15 marks forty years for Wendy and I. Here's to another 40!
