Boxing Day Feast - What Again?

In Canada, as in the U.K. we have Boxing Day on the 26th. Wendy’s friend Patricia dropped in at noon to have some Christmas pudding that we forgot to take to Thorndale on Christmas Day.

Since Wendy didn’t feel like doing a turkey on Christmas Eve, and since it had been thawing for the past few days in the basement “beer fridge” we thought we better cook it for Boxing Day. Erin and Jake thought they would come over. Another party! But this time the party was a little subdued. Everyone was quite tired from all the previous days activities. However, the bird was great and I love leftover turkey.
