The port is not busy today. The other small ships that are here today have no passengers aboard.
The only other ship here today is the small Seven Seas Mariner and this old cruiser "Freewinds" registered in Panama. The small ship built nearly fifty years ago is now owned by the cult "Church of Scientology". Read the whole story of this unique looking old ship CLICK HERE.
A landmark is the three sugar loaders here in the nearly empty harbour. The cab drivers were over-competitive due to the lack of customers but that worked out well for us.
Our favourite beach is here at Paynes Bay near what used to be the old Blue Monkey Bar. Up the beach toward the point are the "cottages" of Simon Cowell (left) and Rianna (right).

There's the Jolly Roger. Wendy and I went on an evening booze cruise on this very boat 39 years ago. We had flown down with our newborn son to visit my parents vacationing in Barbados in 1977. Nice to see the tradition continues. Ha ha.
The water was calm and warm.
Cliff and Abi met up with us again after their visit to Harrison Caves this morning.
James was a very good driver. He accommodated our somewhat convoluted travel plans and was found to be most courteous and patient at a very good price. Four of us to the beach, two to Harrison Caves and waited for us to go back at 3 pm for the modest price of $80.
