Here's my "artsy" for today. In Lake Huron,
Huron
was the third ship to be placed at Corsica Shoals, a station
established in 1893. Three vessels bore the designation of
'Huron Lightship' from 1893 to 1970.Corsica Shoals is approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) north of the Blue Water Bridge. There is now a concrete lighthouse structure near the place where the Huron was anchored.
